Comfort Care with Compassion
As a former medical social worker, I’ve learned how to be comfortable with the topic of death. This is true when I help pet parents make the hard decision of when is the best and most appropriate time for euthanasia. I will be able to collaborate with your Vet, provide healing energy and animal communication.
My main goal is to provide this service so that you can enjoy their final days or weeks. The healing energy will provide relaxation with decreased pain and I’m able to ask your pet unlimited questions that require a yes or no answer plus communicate your love messages to them throughout the process.
Pricing:
This service is the same price as a regular Healing Touch for Animals session.
$75 at a distance or $100 in person at your home.
After the first 3 days, depending on the circumstances, you can request another discounted session. Or you can request my service every other day, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. 20 minutes for $25 each day.
You will receive a daily email or text with answers to our pre-discussed questions. I can ask your pet: Are you in pain? What level of pain from 1-10? Is your pain constant or just when you eat, drink or cough etc.
If your pet has a decreased appetite, I will encourage hydration and nourishment. Also, I can communicate love messages from you so they can be comforted throughout their transition.
This will provide your pet with their highest level of energy and well-being for their last days.
One of my most requested sessions is a Quality of Life Session for feedback from your pet about their end of life journey. I can find out your pet’s feelings about their wishes and it gives great comfort to the owner to be able to honor their requests.
If the timing is just right, I offer an Euthanasia Protocol Session. The session will be performed at your home or veterinarian’s office prior to the euthanasia with family members gathered. All those present will experience the same relaxation benefits that will align & open their heart chakras too. This will allow the family to send their purest form of love to their pet who will absorb all this beautiful energy prior to their crossing. Cost is $125 and if scheduled within 24 hours $150.
OPTIONAL: As a former social worker with Hospice experience, I offer a follow up grief session called a ‘Celebration of Life’ home visit to help you process the loss of a valued family member. This includes resources for your continued healing. Cost is an additional $75 for up to 1 hr.

“When we took Lucy to the vet, we thought she may have had a food allergy, and then we walked out with a terminal diagnosis. No hope was offered and no hope was given. We were in shock and felt desperate and alone. I felt like I had to do something other than mope and be bitter. So I went online and started searching for “spiritual pet healers near me”, and I found Maureen. Not knowing what to expect, I called her to come and visit Lucy. When you are desperate and the clock is running out, you set all skepticism aside.
When Maureen was at our home, Lucy came into the room and went directly toward her, which is highly unusual as Lucy does not approach house guests and always gravitates toward me. Maureen’s session with Lucy left her calm and deeply relaxed and we all felt a positive energy in the room. Maureen had set up a communication channel with Lucy that kept us informed of any discomfort Lucy might be in. There were several days when Lucy did not eat or drink and Maureen would ask her to and literally moments after Lucy started eating, we’d get a text from Maureen saying Lucy said she would eat. It was with Maureen’s help that we could gauge Lucy’s energy level and eventual readiness to cross over. There are more instances in the short time that Maureen communicated with Lucy, where Lucy was responding to Maureen’s requests.
On the day of Lucy’s crossing, just minutes before Angel Paws arrived, Maureen asked Lucy if she was ready to cross, and in an instant, Lucy responded with a Yes and her little body just completely relaxed as if all tension was out of her body, and she seemed at peace.
